This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices using cookies, stored in connection with the User's access to the www.farmio.com site jointly managed by the Joint Data Controllers.

I Definitions

  1. Joint Data Controllers - means Zakłady Drobiarskie Farmio Spółka z o.o. with its registered office in Golina (address: ul. Leśna 1, 63-200 Golina), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court of Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the KRS number 0000606642 and Farmio S.A.
    with its registered office in Warsaw (address: al. Rzeczypospolitej 1, 02-972 Warsaw), entered in
    the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000405809, who provide information
    via the www.farmio.com website and jointly administer the Website. For more information, see the Privacy Policy.

  2. Cookies - small text files saved and stored on devices
    through which the User accesses the Website pages.

  3. Joint Data Controller’s cookies - means the Cookies placed by the Controller, related to the provision of the service of access to the resources of the www.e-way24.pl www.e-way24.plwebsite.

  4. External cookies - means Cookies placed by the Controller's partners, through the website of the Service.

  5. Website - means the Joint Data Controllers’ Website, operating under the www.farmio.com domain.
  6. Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Website pages.

  7. User - means the entity using the Website resources.

  1. The Cookies used by the Joint Data Controllers are safe for the User's device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter Users’ devices via this route.
