Reporting
irregularities

We have launched a special website that can be used to report violations of the law. This is possible through the SYGNANET platform dedicated to the Company:

https://app.sygnanet.pl/zdfarmio/en

Here, you may file your notification, which will be received by the Coordinator for Infringement Issues, who will implement the follow-up process, supported by specifically appointed Commission.

An individual who, acting in good faith, reports irregularities in the work environment.
This can include full-time employees as well as those employed based on civil law contracts or collaborators of the company, including interns, job applicants and former subordinates.

The range of irregularities reported includes acts or omissions contrary to regulations in areas such as health, privacy, consumer rights, product safety, transport, animal health and welfare, environmental protection, finance, among others.

The legal basis for protection of whistleblowers is the Act of 14 June 2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws of 2024 item 928).
The key element of the Act involves prohibition of all and any forms of retaliation, among others:

  • discrimination or bullying,
  • dismissal from work,
  • negative performance appraisal or negative job review,
  • coercion, intimidation or exclusion.

Whistleblowers are protected from liability for passing on information as long as they did not act in bad faith and had reason to believe that the disclosed information were true.

Personal data enabling identification of the whistleblower shall not be disclosed to unauthorised persons except upon the whistleblower's express consent.
