Scope of responsibilities:

• Qualitative and quantitative control of goods ordered
• Stock control
• Picking goods based on service orders
• Entering invoices and warehousing documents into a system
• Ensuring correct document circulation
• Responsibility for goods unloading, acceptance, releasing and dispatching from a warehouse

The employee holding this position will manages a team working in the Production Department. S/he will closely cooperate with the Management and be responsible for production-related goal fulfilment.

Scope of responsibilities:

• Managing operation of a team comprising approx. 50 people
• Planning of duties with consideration of deadlines for individual orders
• Ensuring smooth production processes run in terms of quality, timeliness and production efficiency
• Quality-control supervision over manufactured goods
• Limiting production process losses and ensuring high final product quality
• Performance of tasks and verification of subordinate Team’s task fulfilment in terms of the assignment of duties, taking into account the deadlines for individual assignment completion
• Responsibility and supervision over the subordinate Team in terms of compliance with procedures, rules and regulations, as well as OHS rules in force in the Plant
• Supervision over the machinery and related infrastructure
• Production report development and analysis

• At least secondary education - preferably in the field of process technology and meat processing
• Professional experience in the field of production supervision
• Experience in the poultry/meat processing industry is an additional asset.
